Having over 30 years of experience in ministry, Phillip is the founder and head pastor of Courageous Community Church. He and his wife, Darlena Fields, have been married for almost 30 years and have 4 children. Phillip is a published author, licensed marriage and family counselor.  He is a father to leaders and passionate about seeking after revival for our community and nation.

Having over 30 years of experience in ministry, Darlena is the co-founder and associate pastor of Courageous Community Church. She is the wife to Phillip Fields and mother to 4 children. Darlena is a published author, and licensed life and health coach. She is a passionate breakthrough coach and lives to embolden others to become who they were born to be.

With over 7 years in basketball coaching and youth leadership, Kyree is the media director at Courageous Community Church. He and his wife, Andelyn Woods, are children of Phillip and Darlena Fields. Kyree is a talented media producer with AV/broadcasting experience as well as a producer. of the It Is Written Podcast. He is an encouraging, loyal leader and coach and lives to mentor and share the love of Christ with the youth.

With over 8 years in childcare and children's ministry, Andelyn is the director of administration and Courageous Community Church's children's Ministry, Kourageous Kidz. She is wife to Kyree Woods and daughter to Phillip and Darlena Fields. Andelyn operates and coordinates our church website and events. She is a passionate, hard-working leader and director and lives to usher in God's presence to all ages.

With over 25 years of missions and praise and worship experience, David Varney is the worship pastor for Courageous Community Church. He leads worship along with his wife, Salli Varney. David and Salli usher in the Lord's presence and lead our community in honoring and praising our Heavenly Father. Both David and Salli have been in the global missions ministry for several years. David and his wife are selfless, hardworking leaders passionate about sharing the gospel with all of God's children worldwide.
